About
Founded in 2010, Orange County Chinese Community Services (OCCCS) is a registered non-profit, non-government organization. Supported and sponsored by the County government, we work with government entities as well as the business community in an effort to improve the quality of life for the Chinese-speaking population in Orange County.
Since its founding, OCCCS has been a member of OC’s Multi-Ethnic Collaborative of Community Agencies. We teamwork with other member organizations to become stronger and better meet the needs of OC’s underserved Chinese community. OCCCS has successfully participated in the Mental Health Stigma Reduction Art Program, organized Youth Summer Camps to China, and conducted many educational seminars for Chinese speaking parents and caregivers.

Our Mission
In OCCCS, we aim to improve the quality of life for the under-served Chinese-speaking population and beyond in Orange County, California. We provide assistance through a multitude of programs including youth education, mental health and elderly care services.
