This interactive support group, led by a professional psychotherapist, offers a warm and respectful space to understand emotional wellbeing, share life experiences, and learn ways to care for yourself and your family.

Session dates: Tuesdays, October 13 and October 20.
Session 1: Slowly Moving Forward in Remembrance; Session 2: Love That Stays.
