Walking Together, Growing Together | Grief & Remembrance Care Series Interactive Psychology Group (Part 2)

When we miss someone important in our lives, a small object we once had, or familiar streets from the past, many different feelings and emotions may rise up within us.

This group is led by a professional psychology counselor. We hope to offer a warm, respectful space where participants can support one another, learn about emotional wellness, share life experiences, and learn ways to care for themselves and their families.
